Hi! It’s Willie! You met me earlier this month when Team Dahlonega shared my heartbreaking story on social media...after a really bad start in life that included abandonment and near-starvation, I ended up in an out-of-the-way and overly-crowded animal shelter in rural GA...talk about having 3 strikes...suffice it to say, my future was looking grim...but then you all came along and chose to find me one of those so-called “rescue heroes!”...well, I got me a good one but there’s been a hitch in my giddy up if you know what I mean and I now find myself in need of some extra funds to help pay some unexpected bills...when I came to the shelter I had a “weepy” eye that was addressed right away but it turns out that I had a condition called “entropion” so my lashes were actually turned toward my eye and scratching it...long story short, I had my surgery and went off to recuperate with an absolutely awesome foster but I’ve suffered some complications and I now find myself needing an extra $800 to pay off all my bills...I know I’m asking a lot of you all but I also know how kind and generous and supportive you are so if you can, will you put a few $$ in my fund...and, if you can’t, please share my story with your friends... I’m ready to move on with my new life thanks to you so once again I appreciate all your help...I will always remember what you’ve done for me...
