The Details:

This is our last resort. We have exhausted family resources, government aid, and other organizations that handle our area.

In June I was put on medical leave due to my pregnancy, which was fine and great until short term disability decided after two months of paying I no longer qualify. I suffered severe mood disorder associated with pregnancy which ranged from extreme mood swings, panic attacks, anxiety, depression and sucidial thoughts.

I went to all the suggested appointments with several doctors to get help then suffered preclampsia in my pregnancy resulting in our daughter being induced two weeks early.

My husband borrowed from family and friends to cover us up to November and then resources dried up.

I finally had my baby on November 2nd, a beautiful baby girl. She was an emergency c-section after 3 days of labor. To say this hasn't been easy is an understatement! I'm finally getting assets again in the form of paid maternity leave but our pitfall is so great we can't catch up. Once these funds are reached we will be back on track and no longer need any help but right now we are facing an eviction we have a court date as of December 16th.

I also have a 3 year old son. My biggest fear is my family being displaced or seperated. Any help no matter how small or large would be greatly and humbly appreciated. We will definitely pay forward in the future !

The assets requested would cover two months of back rent. Along with two back payments for our cars so he can travel to work and I can have my car for return to work.

We are still working with Short term disability trying to appeal their denial, however, the court date is very close. I just desperately want to keep my family together.
