I need help for pay my rent

Hi everyone! First thank you very much for reading my problem.

My name is Carlos

I am going through the worst economic streak of my life since I was unemployed 6 months ago and I have been surviving doing online jobs but this month has not been enough. At the end of the month I have to pay rent, electricity and food and I have no one else to ask for help.

I'm embarrassed to have to go to this, but I don't want to sink in and I know it's only temporary.

I would greatly appreciate any help.
