Healing Dolly’s body and soul

Dogs are precious. But these loving and special creatures are easily broken by carelessness, neglect or just outright abuse. Who could look into these faces and want to hurt them? For most of us, that’s unimaginable. We just want to help, to heal, to comfort. Sadly, it seems that Dolly had the misfortune to come face to face with the worst of humanity. Fearful, in obvious pain and in desperate need of medical care, this poor girl has been taken in by the kind and caring folks at Eagle’s Den Rescue. They specialize in caring for dogs who suffered unthinkable cruelty like sexual abuse and violence. We can never know of the horrors Dolly has been through, but her incontinence issues, broken tail and bladder infection make it clear that both life and some very awful humans have not been kind to her. From now on, though, she will know only kindness, and she’ll be cared for and treated for the effects of all of the abuses she’s endured. Our friends at Eagle’s Den will make sure that love and warmth and sweetness will fill the rest of her days. But both Dolly and Eagle’s Den need our help. Please help Dolly by donating to her medical needs and sharing her story.
