When Billy first got to the shelter, they thought he was a shy boy, but he was just being a little cautious. He soon became a favorite, so good at walking and so friendly with everyone, that the new folks who come to walk the dogs got him. It doesn’t take him long to become your best friend. Now, thanks to a mighty Rescue Army and our friends at Bully4You, he will soon have his own special lifelong best friend.
