Lacey’s second chance at happiness

Lacey hasn’t had an easy start, but the volunteers at the shelter adored her. And she adored them right back. She loved her walks so much that she’d try to keep walking on past the door to the big old building that became her “home” for more than 7 months. It was 7 months locked away in a shelter with loud noises and few visitors...while the volunteers were kind and supportive, they knew she was beginning to lose hope of ever having her very own family. But Team Dahlonega and the Rescue Army believed in her and wanted her to have the best chance at a happy ever after. Paws Jackson felt the same way and now she’s on her way to a brighter future in a happier place. Thank you to everyone who helped make this miracle happen.
