Electric Wheelchair for little brother

My little brother was seriously injured in a car a accident with his mother who passed away the the boy lived a broken back and is currently paralized from the waist down we need to get him an electronic wheelchair as insurance doesn't cover it. Please help us he is going through a lot and we will take any help we can get. The attorneys says it can be a year before we start seeing any settlement money to buy him one. Please help
