Help Journey on her way to being healthy

Sometimes we loose hope in the goodness of people, but then a hero steps up to save a life. Red Rock Rescue received a message today about this emaciated girl that we have named Journey.  A woman in Mississippi was on her way to a friend's house when she saw Journey in the road. She quickly turned around and got Journey out of the road. She is severely emaciated and malnourished and has wounds on her body.  We were asked to help, and how could we say no!!! She was taken to the vet immediately where she was examined and it was discovered this girl is JUST A BABY! Only 3 1/2 months old. She deserves a shot at a good life. We have a foster who will take Journey, after she is kept at the vet hospital for a few days. She will need medical care, boarding at the vet (at least for now), and will need to be transported up to us when she is healthy enough. Please help us to help Journey on her way to a healthy and loving life.
