ACR Health

ACR Health is a not-for-profit, community-based organization providing prevention,
education, and support services to individuals with chronic diseases including
HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance use disorders,
and serious mental illnesses. ACR Health, a legacy of AIDS Community Resources,
serves the counties of Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida,
Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence in New York State.

Mission Statement

The Mission of ACR Health is three-fold:
•To provide support services to individuals with chronic illnesses, including HIV/AIDS;
•To prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS;
•To promote sexual literacy and improved medical outcomes.

Created in 1983, ACR Health serves Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties in New York State. AIDS Community Resources is financially supported by both public and private funds
