Topper is heading to Rescue!

  Thank you all so much for saving me. Things are looking up for me now and I am headed to the top! I have a lot of things to be thankful for.. my owners took me to the shelter instead of dumping me on the streets or in a ditch....the shelter worked hard to find someone to help me....and then the RESCUE ARMY found a rescue to save me. I’m taking you all to the top with me!
