Helping a child with Down syndrome

I am a woman from a poor family living in Gaza and I have a 4-year-old child with Down syndrome who cannot walk and needs treatment on a weekly basis. We are from a poor family of 7 people. My husband is sick and cannot support the family and we live in a rented house.  We live in it in Gaza and my husband is unemployed because he is sick and we ask for help from you because the conditions here are difficult and we do not receive any aid from any government agency or any association.  Thank you .
