Hit by train foot cut off

Please help this baby he was dumped with another dog that's ready to pop any day full of puppies on railroad tracks. He became Tangled up and the train hit him chopping off his foot.

He needs immediate surgery he has a severe bone infection. He does not need to die because humans failed him.
