Casper is heading for a new life!

Casper was surrendered Floyd County animal control when his family moved and couldn't take him with him. He has waited a few months to finally get the taste of freedom! Sadly Casper is heartworm positive and requires treatment! 

Thank you so much Doggone Happy Animal Rescue for setting him free! Nothing but blue skies and happy days ahead!
