I’m Karim Hills, a brother in Christ and a follower of God. I’m currently battling gastrointestinal cancer—a journey that has been one of the most difficult challenges of my life. This illness has affected me physically, emotionally, and financially, and due to my condition, I’m unable to work or provide for myself like I used to.
Each day is a struggle, but I continue to hold on to my faith and trust in God for strength and healing. Right now, I’m in urgent need of support as I try to raise $15,000 to complete my surgery. This procedure is very important for my recovery and gives me hope for a second chance at life.
