My dog was badly injured and one of his testicles was torn in an accident. The vet says he urgently needs surgery to stop the pain and prevent infection.
He is not just a pet to me — he is family, my loyal companion who has always been there for me. Seeing him suffer and being unable to help immediately is heartbreaking.
