Stolen dogs and funds recovery through civil proceedings.

Please help with the costs for a solicitor to take action to recover stolen dogs and funds from our rescue group. In March 2019 we were approached by Mary Howe who expressed a desire to Foster for New Dawn In April 2019 Mary became one of our fosters and we entrusted to her care 2 of our dogs Storm and Buddy who was joined by Monty shortly afterwards Mary was asked to take on an admin role when she became a most valuable and trusted member of the team assisting us to rehome a number of our dogs. In August 2019 Mary decided to leave New Dawn to set up her own rescue and arrangements were made with Mary agreement to collect our 3 dogs our funds and other items belonging to New Dawn Mary refused to hand our dogs etc over to our representative who had traveled down as agreed and despite a number efforts to recover our dogs Mary has refused to hand them over All 3 dogs are legally owned by New Dawn. Acting on police and legal advice we are now initiating legal proceedings against Mary Howe to hopefully recover our dogs our funds etc
