Most  animals are in a terrible state: emaciated, with various diseases, with a huge number of fleas. Now, during the war, they need HELP more than ever with food, medicine and medical dressing

Russian soldiers bombed two areas where some of the animals of the shelter were temporarily kept

Dogs, cats, horses, ponies and wild animals were taken out from there while they were being bombed. Thanks to some caring people, it was possible to find a temporary shelter for the animals. But the animals' food is running out

Many animals were killed during the bombing. Every day the shelter receives a huge number of abandoned pets and they are no longer able to shelter them due to the lack of funds for their maintenance

Animals are in dire need of help.

The Chuguev city is a hotspot for war actions. The center's supplies of animal feed and medicines are very minimal.

The organization exists at the expense of donations from people who are not indifferent to the fate of animals that ended up in our rehabilitation. All the animals suffered from human hands or were rescued from pounds. Most of them became disabled and will remain under the care of the organization for their lives. Some were taken from people who could not provide them with proper conditions and the necessary food. Due to the situation in Ukraine, the number of donations has dropped sharply and the numbers of animals are growing daily. The streets of Chuguev city are teeming with abandoned pets.

Unfortunately, the abilities the Animal rescue shelter Kyiv are very limited, they would like to help everyone, but at the moment they are not able to do this.

The shelter has an urgent issue of purchasing feed for all kinds of animals and birds, and the most important thing is to expand their ability to help other animals, through the expansion of their territory and the construction of enclosures for wild animals and dogs , as well as pens for horses and other farm animals.

Many cats and dogs, birds of various species, horses, goats, cats and dogs of various species live in the center.

The total, exact number of animals is difficult to count, but it's definitely more than 900.

They are in dire need of financial assistance and support.

No matter what, they have helped, do help and will help animals.

The shelter urgently needs:

Feed for horses, mainly granular feed, corn, oats, compound feed, dry and wet food for dogs and cats, large amounts of cereals (wheat, barley, oats, corn, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds), hay for farm animals, vegetables and fruits (beets, cabbage, carrots, apples, bananas)

Medications for animals and birds: antibiotics, painkillers, antispasmodics for horses, warming ointments, anti-inflammatory and anticonvulsant drugs, hormonal drugs.

Dressings, sterile gauze kits, elastic bandages, suture material, disposable diapers for animals. Sprays and ointments for the treatment of wounds and sutures, disposable operating kits, treatments for fleas, ticks, protozoa and worms, for dogs, cats, birds, farm animals.
