HELP RUTH'S SURGERY

Just in morning we recieved a call for help 

Ruth was found in namataba village just along streets with no help yet she is not in good condition with a tumor 

We decided to take care of her as we find for her what's the best since we couldn't let her go away without trying 

She is with us and she needs a surgery before it's worse 

We are here to call for your support for anyone who can Let's save her life
