Please help Oscar get to his new forever home

Hello,

Oscar was left behind in Egypt when his previous owners could not bring him with him when they moved abroad. He was unable to use his back legs and now with great care and nursing from Nashwa who does amazing work with cats he has a chance to walk again and now has a shot at being adopted abroad. But he still needs some treatments, vaccine and help with the flight abroad. Please help with any donation you can any small amount would have a huge impact.
