Our aim is to sponsor local children for regular yoga, dance and music classes from July-October 2018 and cover the expenses/costumes needed for performances during the nine day Navratri festival in October 2018. We would like to also provide free food during this festival to young girls in the village. Our ashram is based in a rural district near Haridwar, where many families are unemployed and the children have no recreational opportunities. One local sponsor donated the funds to run our trial project "Hara Hara Gange" in June 2018 with five children. We now hope to reach a wider audience with this crowdfunding effort and offer regular English, dance, music and yoga classes at no cost to village children.
